Creator Terms

1. Commission

BotAisle keeps a 20% platform commission on each sale. You receive the remaining 80% of the sale price (excluding taxes collected on your behalf).

Free products

You can list products for free. No commission is charged on free products, and they go through the same security review.

2. Payouts

Creator earnings are paid net 30 after the end of the month of sale — for example, earnings from sales in March are paid by 30 April.

Payouts are sent via Wise, or another supported payout method available in your country.

Payout details are collected securely through our payout provider's onboarding. We never ask for them by email.

3. Refunds and chargebacks

Buyers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Payouts are subject to refunds and chargebacks: if a sale is refunded or charged back, the related earnings are deducted from your balance or future payouts.

4. Your content

You confirm you own, or have the rights to sell, everything you list, and that it contains no malware or hidden data collection.

You keep ownership of your work and grant us a licence to display, scan and distribute it to buyers.

5. Review and removal

Every listing is scanned, and higher-risk types are reviewed by a person. We may decline, pause or remove listings that fail review or breach these terms.
